Leadership Skills Training
Leadership Skills Training is a one-day training program designed to give everyday leaders the required skills to lead effectively. Each One-Day training focuses on providing practical leadership skills in 3 key areas:
Core Leadership: Leaders learn how to lead vs how to manage; increase personal productivity; apply core lead skills; establish accountability systems;
Effective Communication: Leaders learn how to actively listen; hold difficult conversations; lead conflict and communicate more clearly and effectively; motivate employees
Team Development: Leaders learn how to develop a team; coach for increased performance; establish a performance management system; improve efficiencies
Participants will leave with next day ready tools and skills.
